Members Period Savings Report

The Members Period Savings Report compares the expected savings amount that should be available on a savings account of a group member against the actual savings balances available for the selected period according to the defined intervals:

Note that: The interval and the savings product for the Members Period Savings Report needs to have been defined under Clients/Group Clients/Group member Information/Group Membership.

How to view the Members Period Savings Report?

To view the Members Period Savings Report you go to Savings/Savings reports/Members Period Savings Report.. A screen like one below appears:

• Savings From :  In the drop down box, select the appropriate date when the report will start, e.g., "01/01/2016" and in the Savings to drop down box select the date when the Trial Balance report will end e.g., "24/04/2016".
• Report currency: From the drop down list select the currency in which the report will appear, e.g., "UGX".
• Branch Code: Choose a specific branch code that you want to be reported on from the drop-down or tick the Check for all option to include all branches.
• Product: From the drop down box, Select the specific savings product that you want to be reported on from the drop-down or tick the Check for all option to include all products this product should have been defined under Clients/Group Clients/Group member Information/Group Membership.
• Geographical Area: Choose a specific geographical area that you want to be reported on from the drop-down or tick the Check for all option to include all areas.
• Client category 1: Choose a client category 1 option that you want to be reported on from the drop-down or tick the Check for all option to include all clients in category 1.
• Client category 2: Choose a client category 2 option that you want to be reported on from the drop-down or tick the Check for all option to include all clients in category 2.
• Client category 3: Choose a client category 3 option that you want to be reported on from the drop-down or tick the Check for all option to include all clients in category 3.
• Cost centre: Choose a specific cost centre that you want to be reported on from the drop-down or tick the Check for all option to include all cost centres.
• Gender: Choose the gender from the drop-down or tick the check-box Check for all to include both sexes.
• Period: Enter the of interval that you want the report to display e.g. "6" and the Members Period Savings Report will display the comparison for six months starting from the "Savings From" date.

Click on the OK command button to view the Members Period Savings report which will look like one below:
